B.A. from Purchase College, State University of New York. For eighteen years prior to joining SCS, Ms. Doven managed all aspects of Human Resources for a Los Angeles-based entertainment company. At SCS her areas of responsibility include recruitment, human resource management services, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, medical services, training and career development and employee programs.
