Duties:

Plan, direct and coordinate activities of IT Professionals responsible for the development of Navision solutions. Review and approve proposals and project plans to ensure client specifications are met and implemented. Design and develop solution models and create demo prototypes. Manage and monitor implementation and support services in Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Oversee the development and implementation of customized Navision based ERP software solutions, systems architecture and procedures, work with in-house end users to develop specifications, decide or recommend feasibility of development project. Oversee the integration of client specific customized Navision programs and systems utilizing Microsoft Navision products. Collaborate with company managers to design dynamic new functionality on Navision systems. Establish schedules and methods for providing information systems services, identify resource needs, review needs with appropriate management staff, and allocate resources for optimization. Develop departmental budget and ensure strict compliance with budget. Coordinate and provide support and training to IT staff and end-users. Establish departmental performance standards and goals and implement strategies to enhance performance. Recruit, select and train IT Staff and conduct periodic performance reviews.

Position Requirements:

• Master's degree in MIS/Comp. Sc./ or closely related (Foreign Equivalent Acceptable)
